What happens after you send it

  1. Your brief goes straight to a senior consultant. Nobody logs it in a queue and forwards it on.
  2. We call you back to talk it through, usually about half an hour, to understand the role, the team it sits in and how quickly you need it filled.
  3. Before any work starts you get the fee, the process and the expected timeline in writing.

If we are the wrong fit for what you need, we will say so on that first call and point you somewhere better.

How we work with candidates

  1. We start with a proper conversation about your background and what would actually make you move. After that we come back to you when something fits.
  2. When we do come back to you, we tell you the things that decide it: the employer, the team, who you would report to, the scope, the salary range and why the role is open.
  3. If you decide to go for it, we prepare you for the interviews, chase the feedback and help you think through the offer.
